PROTEIN PLANTß+ is a plant protein supplement enriched with proβios matrix, a mixture of nucleotides and probiotics including Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans. These probiotics can survive up to the intestine where, thanks to their ability to adhere to the epithelium, they can settle and replicate. Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis Natto, can "close up like a hedgehog" when environmental conditions become unfavourable, and return to their vegetative state when the external environment becomes suitable again. This natural protective structure allows them to not only survive gastric acidity, but also environmental factors and/or those related to industrial production such as heat, humidity and mechanical stress.
Recent studies have shown that the association of probiotics and proteins could improve the absorption of the latter.
