Biografia Anna Danesi
Anna Danesi is an Italian volleyball player who plays in the A1 series championship in Igor Novara AGIL Volley with the role of central player. His love for volleyball was born at the age of five, imitating the exploits of his older sister. He arrives in Serie B1 in the 2013-2014 season and the following year he enters the squad of Club Italia. He stays here for two years which sees him engaged first in Serie A2 and then in Serie A1. In the 2016-17 season he moved to Imoco Volleyball and remained there for three years during which he won two editions of the Italian Super Cup, one Italian Cup and two championships. Subsequently, for the 2019-20 championship she was signed by Pro Victoria Monza with whom she won the CEV Cup. She left the Brianza club in 2022 when she moved to Igor Novara AGIL Volleyball where she still plays. Anna Danesi has also played in the Italian women's national team since 2015. Among the most important goals achieved so far: a silver medal at the 2018 Japan World Cup, a bronze medal at the 2022 Netherlands and Poland World Cups, a Bronze medal at the European of 2019 and a Gold in those of 2021. He also conquered the highest step of the podium at the 2022 Nations League in Ankara.
