Biografia Daisy Osakue

Daisy Osakue is an Italian discus thrower, winner of the gold medal in discus throw at the 2019 Universiade, and Italian under 23 record holder. Belonging to the sports group of Fiamme Gialle (the Italian finance police), Osakue won the Italian Athletics Championships in 2020, confirming to be the crown jewel of the Italian national team in discus throw. In summer 2021, she fulfilled the dream to compete at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. There, thanks to a 63.66 m throw, she equalled the Italian record and reached the finals.
