Biografia Federico Ruzza
Federico Ruzza is a rugby player - second row - of Benetton Rugby and of the Italian National team. Born in Padua on 4 August 1994, he was only 6 years old when he approached rugby on the fields of Cus Padova. He grew up there until he was 16 and then moved to Valsugana and arrived at the FIR Academy. 2014 was an important year: he got to participate in the U20 World Cup in New Zealand and played in the Eccellenza championship moving to Viadana. Thanks to a season characterized by 17 appearances and 4 tries he was noticed by the Zebre Rugby who deployed him as permit player in two Guinness PRO12 matches. The following year he definitively moved to the Parma-based franchise where he remained until 2017. In the summer of the same year he moved to Benetton Rugby where he received the convocation and debuted at the 2017 Six Nations against Scotland. He participated in the Six Nations also in 2018 and 2019, the year in which he also collected a convocation in the World Cup in Japan. He then took part in the Six Nations also in 2020.
