Description
EGG+ contains egg albumen protein known for their high biological value. In fact, they are considered a ‘compleate’ source of proteins as they provide all eight essential amino acids, which our body in unable to synthesize and which we must obtain with the diet. Furthermore, they constitute the touchstone on which the biological values of other protein sources, such as whey or vegetable proteins, ar judged. Egg albumen protein are easily digestible, they provide a high leucine content, have a good satiating power and intermediate digestion/adsorption times. EGG+ is enriched with vitamin B6 which contributes to the normal energy yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Use
It is recommended to mix 3 scoops (30 g) in 300 ml of water, fruit juice, or skimmed milk and take once a day. Preferably at breakfast.
