ALC+ is a food supplement based on acetyl-L-carnitine suitable for those who practice intense physical activity.

Acetyl-L-carnitine is a substance in which a carnitine molecule is bound to acetic acid, a characteristic that makes it particularly similar to the tissues of the body. Carnitine is a vitamin-like compound responsible for transporting long-chain fatty acids into the cellular units responsible for energy production, i.e. the mitochondria. In addition, carnitine is involved in other fundamental physiological functions, such as the metabolism of branched chain amino acids.
