ELECTROLYTE 5+

ELECTROLYTE 5+ is a hydrosaline food supplement with sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium and calcium without sugar for optimal hydration. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and, together with potassium, to normal muscle function.

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet per day, in 500/750 ml of cold water and take before or during your performance.
