MPS+ buste

MPS+ Buste is a food supplement for athletes based on amino acids (including essential amino acids), enriched with calcium, magnesium, zinc and Ashwagandha extract KSM-66^®.

Amino acids are essential to ensure proper protein synthesis. Therefore, aminoacids are involved in the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. In addition, essential branched-chain amino acids (or BCAAs – leucine, isoleucine and valine) are used by muscle tissue to quickly obtain energy during exercise and their supply can delay the onset of fatigue in case of intense and prolonged physical activity.

Calcium and magnesium, on the other hand, support muscle function and bone mineralization, while zinc is involved in the synthesis of proteins. In addition, magnesium helps to counteract tiredness and fatigue and intervenes in the body's energy metabolism. MPS + Buste contains also KSM-66^® Ashwagandha extract, which has a tonic action against physical and mental fatigue. Scientific research has shown that Ashwagandha KSM-66® is able to reduce the sense of fatigue, improve physical performance and increase energy production and endurance.
