Description
TESTO+ is a dietary supplement based on D-Aspartic acid, vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts. TESTO+ works by supporting male metabolism, helping to maintain normal testosterone levels, and improving the body's response to fatigue.
The use of TESTO+ is recommended for athletes who engage in intense sports activities and want to improve strength, endurance, and physical recovery. Thanks to its tonic and adaptogenic action and metabolic support, TESTO+ can also be used in cases of asthenia, fatigue, and wasting.
The complete formulation of TESTO+ contains:
- D-Aspartic Acid: a non-essential amino acid that is believed to improve athletic performance, testosterone levels, and also muscle mass by stimulating the production of LH (the hormone that stimulates testosterone production) and supporting protein synthesis;
- Tribulus terrestris: a plant used in sports for its effectiveness in stimulating the production of androgen hormones, properties attributed to the group of saponins, particularly protodioscin, a molecule that is thought to increase the endogenous production of various hormones such as testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone, and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate by stimulating LH;
- Andean Maca: commonly known as Peruvian ginseng, it is a plant with great potential as an adaptogen, capable of improving available energy and memory;
- Fenugreek: boasts androgenic and anabolic effects in males; several clinical studies suggest that fenugreek extract supplementation affects total serum testosterone levels. Not surprisingly, fenugreek seeds are particularly recommended for individuals who are excessively thin or asthenic, as they have strong anabolic and growth hormone-stimulating properties. The anabolic effect is linked to fenugreek’s ability to facilitate protein accumulation in muscles, thereby increasing muscle mass.
- Vitamin C: a water-soluble antioxidant that protects against free radical damage and promotes the regeneration of other important antioxidants such as glutathione and vitamin E. It is essential in stressful situations because it helps maintain optimal levels of cortisol, adrenaline, and noradrenaline;
- Oats: a natural testosterone booster, it can specifically reduce the percentage of testosterone that is not free, making it available to meet hormonal demand, and can increase LH levels;
- Zinc: a mineral with many hormonal roles; it protects the thyroid from free radical damage by exerting its antioxidant effect and is considered essential for the receptor activity of thyroid hormones. Regarding androgens, zinc deficiency disrupts the activity of the angiotensin-converting enzyme involved in their production at the adrenal level, leading to reduced testosterone production and inhibition of spermatogenesis. Zinc has a central effect on testosterone because it supports the production of LH and FSH;
- Piperine: an alkaloid from the black pepper plant. Its main action is to increase the bioavailability of certain nutritional substances by acting as a ‘thermonutrient,’ thereby enhancing absorption and producing a local thermogenic effect. It also has anti-inflammatory effects due to its antioxidant activity and supports digestive processes by stimulating the secretion of pancreatic digestive enzymes.
- Vitamin B6: a vital vitamin for the brain, necessary for the formation of neurotransmitters serotonin, GABA, and dopamine. Additionally, it promotes the formation of myelin and DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid highly concentrated in the brain that improves neuronal function and reduces inflammation.
